Normal hours for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning are from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.  Requests for HVAC outside the normal hours of operation must be made to the Management Office 24 hours in advance.  A charge of $75.00 for each hour requested will be added to the next months rent invoice.
